grep through cron I did find these but they dont appear useful.

I tried grepping for 587, smtp, email, mail, titan
If we want to close this that is cool, just want to update here the issue is with titan. It wont work for this service. Going through support with them isnt worth your time.
I confirm, that on Rocky Linux 9.2 the command : EmailQueue.sender does nothing. It does not send any invite email, regardles of SMTP provider.
Test emails are sent, invite emails not and stay in the que… (EmailQueue.preview)
If you are having trouble with SMTP on Rocky you will likely want to open a new topic for that. This one looks like it was specifically about the titan service in the end
