Looks like passbolt can not connect with your SMTP server. Could you check that indeed you are able to connect with your smtp server? Also some details from your email settings would help to debug your problem as well as information from the logs (passbolt_install_dir/logs/error.log)
There are plenty of threads in this community forum about email setup in passbolt in different environments. I encourage you to take a look if you haven’t done it yet.

only the tls settings work and that too showing the below error.

Unfortunately this error is specific to your setup @nandagopal.thekkedat, there is not much we can do with this much information. Either the password is invalid or for example if you are using gmail you are not using the correct app password configuration.
