Using mobile app (iOS) with MFA enabled

Hello Community,
I have updated my passbolt server to V3.5, in order to use the mobile app.
It works fine, but only with user accounts with MFA (Duo) disabled.
If I enable Duo MFA, I can’t log into the mobile app (iOS).
I didn’t find it on this forum ; is it a known issue ?
We have forced all our users to use Duo MFA, so it’s a bad news for us…

Thx Community
Antoine

Hi @Antoine_Lav  and welcome to passbolt community forum :handshake:

Unfortunately, MFA with Duo keys are not supported with our mobile app and we don’t have any ETA about when they will.

On the other hand, OTP and Yubikey keys are supported.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Best,

OK, thank you @AnatomicJC for your anwser

afaik they are only supported together with the authenicator app using one time passwords though. Or are they also able to be used in NFC mode?

Yes yubikeys are working on the mobile app with NFC on top of the screen

Hello, DUO can also generate a OTP. Even using this option woun’t DUO work?

It’s at the moment a general lack of Duo support on mobile.

hi, i also got DUO enable, and this is a let down… is there any way to have duo enable and somehow being able to use the ios app… is this only happening in the ios or android is also affected?.
This is a big issue, having a feature enable on the web and not carry on on the mobile, whats the point? Sorry but i feel little frustrated.
thanks
