Hi @wedwards If the settings are enabled, one way is to have an email sent in the event when this sharing occurs. The user sends up with a list of emails showing what was shared, changed, etc.
Regarding a UI based historical logging, check out the recent hackathon in the Announcements as audit logging was mentioned.
