Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
When a given password is accessed by clicking on Edit option, and then this Edit resource window is closed by clicking on Save, there an entry in the Activity log “item changed”, even though nothing was changed.

All users, administrators.
Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
Not urgent, but important to those whose manage Passbolt in a team, not to have false password changed information.
Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
There needs to be a validation if the password was really changed. Activity log should have a secret accessed log entry only, when nothing is changed in the password even though Save button was clicked.
