Add Serbian language

Hello,

I would like to contribute. I am able to make translations to the Serbian language. I already saw that Bosnian language is wanted. Bosnian and Serbian are very similar, but yet with some tiny differences. Therefore I am not sure, should I try translating to Bosnian language. It would be better to add Serbian as well.
Please add Serbian language, so I can help.
