Steps taken to trouble shoot:
Browser integration on Windows11 works fine with Chrome. No trouble, so I guess the server is working correctly. The problem is with my Android phone. After I reboot everything works fine. But somewhere after a day or so, the Android app does not load passwords anymore. Fingerprint works and gets me past the security, but then … blank
Tried not using the fingerprint (because of this https://community.passbolt.com/t/cant-use-fingerprint-on-android-app/12938), but going in with the password does not help. Reboot… works fine

Taking a look at logs and the information that you are past the authentication screen, fingerprint is not an issue here (as it is used only during authentication to decrypt the saved passphrase and authenticate). I see that the app is stuck after initiating of fetching of all of the passwords data:

There are no requests logged that fetch the data. In the meantime, there are some logs about autofill requests.

After authentication and redirection to the password list screen, do you see a loader indicator at the top? Do you remember if you took any action on the UI after sign-in, or just waited for some time and nothing happened?

thanks for replying so fast and having a good look.

While I am typing the app is unlocked next to me. A little circle is turning beneath the search field. I take no action apart from tapping the screen to prevent the phone to lock.

About about two minutes I guess … nothing.

So currently no action other than described. Reproducible. Gone after reboot

I closed the app completely before I tried
