Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
In my use case it would be very useful for standard users to be able to create and share groups. Otherwise we need an admin everytime and this is very ineffecient.

All standard users who want to be able to create groups

Q3 - Why is it important and/or urgent?
Its not a bug so not urgent but not having this is a big hit to effeciency and adoption of the application.

Q4 - What is your proposed solution? (optional)
Standard users should be able to create groups and share them with other people

For automated tasks, it’s a great improvement to have a user who can do basic task without being admin.
As a regular user you can create resource and share with another users/groups, but not create the group to share.
