Can't renew Lets Encrypt Cert

Hi,

I am trying to renew the LetsEncrypt cert on my Passbolt Virtual Appliance but it keeps failing with an error of “The client lack sufficient authorization: Invalid response” as shown in the image below.

I feel as though this could be relating to the HTTP connection to my server from LetsEncrypt to validate being redirected to HTTPS by the server and causing this to break.

Can anyone provide any assistance?

Did you place the .well-known directory in the webroot directory?

I was able to renew using ‘standalone’ mode. Thanks
