I want to create a clean installation of Passbolt and to do this I plan to deploy it on a clean using LVM partitioning.

I wanted to know if it was possible to choose the Passbolt installation directory as part of an installation from packages on Rocky Linux.

If not, do you know which directories I should redirect to my LVM partition, apart from /etc/passbolt? (My database is on a galera cluster on differents servers).

Have a nice day!

So by default it won’t give you a choice of install location. Other passbolt specific directories to look out for are

  • /usr/share/passbolt
  • /usr/share/php/passbolt/

Additionally as nginx is part of the set up you’ll want to keep an eye on those directories as well

  • /usr/share/nginx/
  • /etc/nginx
