What is the safest way to change the password for the ‘passbolt’ CLI user created during setup of the virtual appliance after setup has been completed.

Just to make sure, you are talking about passphrase of the first user created when setting up passbolt?

HI, thanks for the response. I am talking about the default ‘passbolt’ user that is setup to access the CLI when the appliance is deployed

If I understood well, you are talking about the linux user.
You can change the password of that user using the common linux command passwd.
