I’ve been using Pro edition for a couple of years but at this point, I’m the only full-time Passbolt user. I don’t have any need for the pro features any more.
Is it possible to convert my source install back to community edition? Or do I need to do a fresh install? If I do a new install, what’s the best way to migrate my passwords?

I don’t know if there is a specific way to downgrade from PRO to CE, but to migrate to another instance of Passbolt there is a guide explaining how to do it in different install sources.
Maybe you can try to follow the steps to migrate your Passbolt to a new CE instance and test if all worked as expected
