[DELETE] Creating item hangs

Hello,

All is working fine since 8 months and now I’m unable to create an entry.
The window we get when creating an entry hangs on “Initializing” and nothing goes on.
The software is installed on a Debian 11 server (Linux 5.10.0-20-amd64). The server is regulary updated

I checkd the logs in /var/logs/passbolt and nothing significant.

The licence is still active for 3 months.

If you have a Pro subscription you can send us an email at contact@passbolt.com to get the support that comes with that. If you’d rather we sort this out in the forum we can do that too.

Could you run the status-report and post the output?
su -s /bin/bash -c "/usr/share/php/passbolt/bin/status-report" www-data

This will help us see if there are any issues

@NicoF do you have any proxy or web application firewall in front of the application?
