How to update to a major version (v2.0)

Hello,
in Passbolt Help | Update you write:

Major update

There is nothing special to say about major updates yet since we have not done any yet! We will most likely provide an update manual for each major versions and list them here.

Also, $ ./app/Console/cake passbolt healthcheck gives me:

[FAIL] This installation is not up to date. Currently using 1.6.9 and it should be v2.0.0-rc1.
[HELP] See. Passbolt Help | Update
[…]

which also redirects to https://help.passbolt.com/hosting/update.

Since v2.0 is soon going to be released, it would be nice it you’d descripte on how to update to v2.0
