Did you try sending a test email in the email server section under the administration section?
Hi, no e-mail arrives, no one at all. As for the email test, it doesn’t give me the option as there is an email alias inserted. But before that it worked fine
Which version of passbolt are you using?
Could you paste your healthcheck here?
The version is as follows: 3.8.0. What do you mean by health check?

Also you can test your email settings by sending an email via the command line:
