Passbolt Windows App Black Screen on 1st install

As part as a POC to migrate my old KeePass infrastructure, I installed the selfhosted passbolt docker on a RHEL9.4 VM. I was able to make HTTPS work with certificate from Let’s Encrypt.
The web plugin and the web interface work, no issues, but when it came down to installing the windows app via the Microsoft Store, I was immediately struck down with a black screen, that persists (waited 5 days, still didn’t do anything):


As of right now, I have tried in these steps :

  • Repair, Reset, Uninstall and Install again => same black screen

I’d like to figure it out, I haven’t been able to find a topic talking about this issue…

A new debug tools has been released to support this kind of use case : See the release download.

Is it possible for you to download it and check if you have any error on the devtools ?

I just installed the Passbolt Windows app for the first time, but I’m getting a black screen when I open it. It doesn’t seem to load any content or respond, so I’m not sure what went wrong.
