Unable to activate MFA

I’ve installed recently passbolt with 5 licenses.
I followed the tutorial for CENTOS7

until now everything is fine, LDAP work good, i can importe passwords from existing DBs, everything 5*
MFA tested and works for one account, when I want to activate another account it just doesn’t let me.

Hello,

You need to click on the picture in the center. That toggle is confusing, it’s just an indicator as weather it’s enabled or not, not an actual toggle.
