Wanted to upload and share certificate files to passbolt, is it possible?

Hello! Yes you should be able to store and share certificates using the encrypted description field.

When you create a new password there is the section for a Description at the bottom. This is by default encrypted and makes a good place for storing certificates. You’ll want to make sure the lock symbol is closed as if it is open then it won’t be encrypted
If I understand correctly, the integration of a file in the password creation part is still not planned?

Being able to attach a file remains simpler than taking its content and copying it into a text field… 
Yes file attachment is on our roadmap. I’m hopeful we can tackle this this year. As a user I can create resources with encrypted file attachement
