Accessing passpolt from another device on Windows

Hi everyone,

I’m currently using my passpolt from my laptop (ubuntu) which was implemented on ubuntu server.

Now I want to access the same account on Passpolt from another device (windows laptop), I have the key but I could not find a clear instructions on how to do so or if its possible.

I tried creating another user with the same email but it didn’t work.

Currently, when I try to access the my Passpolt domain URL it returns page not found.

Any tips on how to achieve this?

Hi @mohammedx3 The first thing to get figured out is access to the URL. You’ll have to provide more info for us to help with that. Where is the server? Public access? Local network? Is the Windows laptop on the same or different network as the Ubuntu laptop?
