Q1. What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
At the moment it is only possible to copy to clipboard to see a given password, unless a user has edit right, then they can open the edit dialog and click on the eye icon to see it. There should be a similar mechanism for users who do not have edit rights.

We could have an “eye button” wherever the passwords dots are shown, namely in the password grid and sidebar. Click on the eye will display the password, reclicking on the eye would hide it.
