Bad performance on page loading

Hello!
I have a performance issue on loading groups with hundred of password.
The first time I load the page, the loading take a long time, and on the server I can see the process “mysqld” with 100% of CPU.
The server have 2 cores, but mysqld occupy only 1.

I’ve read some old topic about a fix that correct an issue like this, but it seems ineffective on my system.
I have version 2.10.0

Can you check your browser console network tab and report back the information about slow requests, this will help us understand which request is slow and how long it takes.
