I am planning to deploy this in security zone that does not allow incoming email. there is an smtp relay to send outgoing mail, but there is no incoming email allowed. can I disable the email activation of new accounts?
Do you mean email notifications that go out when a new user is created by the admin? Yes, the Email notifications settings have toggled permissions.
