We use Passbolt to share passwords with some of our customers. Still, we off-board them occasionally, so I think that instead of deleting the folder corresponding to the customer, it is better to have an option to hide/disable/archive those folders, so the passwords inside the folder no longer get populated. This is ideal for records purposes and if so customer returns.
