First time using Docker – is there a simplified guide available?

I’ve attempted to setup Passbolt Community utilising this guide – https://help.passbolt.com/hosting/install/ce/docker

However, I have difficulty installing the package. All I have managed to achieve is installing Docker on my Synology DS1815+ via the Package Center (DSM 6.1.6-15266 Update 1).

Is there a simplified guide available that covers the actual steps?

As an aside, what’s the best way to backup the installation to the cloud to ensure no data loss?
