Get Mail notification when specified user view password

Hello,
i´m new to Passbolt and i´m searching for a function to receive a e-mail notification, when a specified user views a password.
I have found, that somebody postet a solution via mysql query: (Login password read - #4 by JamesBond)

Is there a possibility to do this automatically?
