Its feasibility to encrypt the password, so that sharing the password from admin to user. User cant see what the password is

Hello, I am looking for a passwords sharing from the admin when send/share over to User to be hidden.
Mean to say they can login to app/ website without knowing what the password is or seeing the password.
Right now, I am on Community Plan
I am the admin, I share the Login credentail to my team, and now they are able to see what the password is.

Its there any feasiblity that it can be hidden the password from the end user?

Passbolt’s core feature provides a means to securely share passwords. This is in contrast to sharing them insecurely. When sharing a password with a user the user is able to see the password shared.
