My passbolt account doesn't ask for password and goes straight up for recovery with email


So we have a self-hosted Passbolt running for our organization. This issue has been happening for quite a while. If I try to log in to passbolt from a new browser or system on the hosted URL. It sends a mail and never asks for the password.

It goes straight to the recovery process. But I remember the password and would love to use it.

Any help? I am new to passbolt, help me if I am missing something basic.

Hi @sniperblacz Welcome to the forum - what you are describing sounds normal, actually. It’s the recovery process that is required any time you are accessing using an extension installation you have not used before.
