Possibility to use Passbolt via Chrome in a private session would be nice

it seems i canot login in when using chrome in incognito mode. is this wanted?

Yes it is wanted, it is the default browser behavior to not enable plugins on incognito mode to reduce footprint.

I tend to use ‘Profiles’ rather than incognito, works well as Extensions are allowed and I can just clear all the history for the profile that I use. Not sure if this will help the OP.

It is now possible to enable an extension in incognito.

  1. Go to chrome://extensions/
  2. Click on the “details” button of the passbolt extension.
  3. Enable the “Allow in incognito” option
