Restoring/ Updating from 2.5.0 to 3.2.1

I am currently trying to restore my passbolt instance from an old installation (version 2.5.0) and I am hitting a wall with the below database schema error with the configuration gui.

I am moving from an old server to a new machine with a fresh install of ubuntu server 21.04 and have followed the instructions for the installation of passbolt-ce (installed via apt-get version 3.2.1-3)

I then restored the database and copied the gpg folder over to /etc/passbolt

I don’t get any issues with the system check and I don’t have any logs in /var/log/passbolt

please advise
