After upgrading from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 and changing from scripted install to Repo I have lost all my folders. All passwords are appearing commonly as if my Pro subscription has gone back to standard.
How do I fix this?

Can you double check that the right package has been installed by showing us the output of:
sudo cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/passbolt.list
