User Phone along with MFA app damaged need recovery steps

There doesn’t seem to be an appropriate category for access recovery for account using Google Auth.

I have a user with the recovery tool set but their phone died and was using Google Auth MFA. How do I recover?

If you are admin it’s possible to disable the MFA for the given user by going to the user workspace, right clicking on the user record in the grid and click “Disable MFA”. This should allow the user to login, provided they still have the private key and passphrase.
