What is the refund policy?

Hi there! I’m inquiring about the refund policy for Passbolt. Say that I purchase a premium plan for the software and end up wanting to refund it. How long does that process usually take?

You are entitled to a refund within the first 15 days of use if you are not satisfied with the product. The refund takes generally 5 to 10 days to process (e.g. from our payment gateway instructions, until the money show up on your bank account).
