The past couple instances where we had to use account recovery, we completed the process. The user received their recovery email with a link to reset their password. When they click the link they are provided with a please wait passbolt splash page.
We just updated to 4.3, prior failed recovery we were 4.1. We have had successful recovery’s in the past on 4.0.
