Cannot login after upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.8.0

Problem :

After upgrading to 4.8.0-1-ce-non-root using docker, I cannot log in or get my account back after upgrading , I get the message :

Server :

  • Ubuntu 22.04
  • Passbolt server currently in version 4.8.0-1-ce-non-root,
  • Passbolt server previously in 4.1.2-1-ce-non-root
  • Using MariaDB 10.6, PHP 8.2 and Docker

Reproduction :

I can reproduce the problem by transferring the data (database + keys) to another VM, and run the upgrade using my Ansible playbook, which basically run a new docker.

Troubleshooting :

The user is present in database, and active, not deleted .
I’m using App.fullBaseUrl to connect

Hello @mabihan and welcome to the forum!
Looking at the healthcheck, it shows that the server key was not properly imported or is missing.
Could you check that and try to solve it?

The problem was cause by the environnement variable PASSBOLT_GPG_SERVER_KEY_FINGERPRINT that needed to be set.

Setting the variable in the docker env variables totally fixed it.
