Can't find administrator

Hi
How can we find who the administrator for our passbolt is?
I have a colleague who have lost his passphrase, but when he clicks “I have lost my passphrase”, nothing happens. He doesn’t receive an email.
We then want to contact our administrator for help, but don’t know who it is.
What to do?

Hello @vanessatyndeskov and welcome to the forum!
If you go to the Users top menu option on your Passbolt website, you will see all the users and their role, where you can find the administrators and their emails
