We got reports of the extension sometime not starting when it should on Chrome.
We manage to narrow it down to a bug that was reported in Chrome Team bug tracker recently: 1305284 - chromium - An open-source project to help move the web forward. - Monorail
It doesn’t occurs every time and as the issue mention there is a random component to it. In the meantime we found that deactivating other extensions, deactivating/reactivating the passbolt extension can solve the issue.
The team is working on a temporary fix, e.g. trying to get the URL by other means, like tab.query so that we don’t have to wait until chrome team can reproduce and fix the issue. We’ll keep you posted.
