Users that prefers to use a desktop application and want additional OS level features.

Windows OS corresponds to 70% of the passbolt user base according to the extension webstore.

The Passbolt Windows app should be available on Windows Store and not use electron but Universal Windows Platform (UWP) and integrate with microsoft hello (biometric unlock of private key).
