Mobile app isn’t supported on my device. I’m using SM-950F. What can be the solution?

Android versions lower than 10 are not supported because of the lack of security patches updates.
Which Android version are you running on your device ?

Mine is android version 9. This is latest update I can get from Samsung.
The lack of support of not so old devices is the weakness of Android unfortunately 
I saw an unofficial lineage os for sm-g950 on xda running Android 10.
