Once I removed and reinstalled, the plugin is not working in Windows 10 Chrome Browser.
Please help some one to resolve this issue.

If I understand well, you removed and reinstalled the plugin and since that passbolt is not working anymore ?
After reinstalling the plugin, did you performed an account recovery => Passbolt Help | How to recover an account ?
You will need your private PGP key.
