Transfer is not Authorized

One of my users lost his private key, I tried to delete his user, when I try to delete it the system suggests me to transfer the ownership of some folders and password.
When I click OK I get an Error:

The transfer not authotized.

There are no orphane.
I know I can’t recover the key, I can’t delete the user, how can I solve the problem?

In order to debug the issue, can you provide us with additional information:

  • The API version
  • The output of delete request
    – On Chrome:
    New tab > go to chrome://extensions > look for passbolt card > details > inspect views section > click index.html > identify and select the request which is failing under the network tab > copy the content of the response tab that open in request details panel
    – On Firefox:
    New tab > go to about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox > look for passbolt card > click inspect > identify and select the request which is failing under the network tab > copy the content of the response tab that open in request details panel
