From fabian: I think that the distance between the action and the response is too far. I clicked and clicked on the password but did not understand that it got copied. Had to try to make sure.

I think that some kind of tooltip popping up when you click it would give better feedback for the user. Just appearing when clicking and then disappearing again after X seconds. Also, maybe some tooltip when hovering, like “Click to copy password to clipboard”.
This or maybe change the feedback location to top/center like gmail.
