Is it possible to get access to all your stored passwords, when backend server is down?
As I understand all passwords are stored by Passbolt extension locally. Is it right?

The browser extension contains only your private GPG key and is used also to perform some actions like decrypting/encrypting passwords you have access but it doesn’t store any password.
You can’t access passwords if your backend server is down.
