Single user is unable to view/edit their own or shared passwords

Hello Community! First time poster. I have setup an on-premise package install of Passbolt 4.9.0 on Rocky Linux 9.4. I have setup 2 groups and 7 users. 6 of the users are working fine and have been for the last year-ish. The 7th user last week started having issue with viewing/editing their own and shared passwords. Whenever they try to view/edit they are presented with a completely blank screen. Using chrome dev tools we see there is an error (image pasted below). This error is NOT shown in any of the Passbolt logs and the “healthcheck” and “datacheck” CLI commands report green across the board. I am not sure if I should continue investigating or simply delete and recreate the user…really don’t want them to have to redo all their saved passwords though :slight_smile:

Please let me know if I can provide more data. I appreciate any advice/help that can be offered.

Well, I appreciate the views I received but this issue can be set to closed or ignored. The issue randomly resolved itself with no action on either the Passbolt server or the client frontend. I still do not have any further evidence as to the cause. Thank you all again.
